With more than 30 years’ experience in the industry spanning construction, design and site supervision, Joe has established a strong working relationship with a multitude of industry affiliates. So no matter how simple or complex your new home design, Joe can assemble a build team with the right combination of skills and experience to successfully bring your ideas to life.

Joe is always actively involved in the creation of your home, overseeing the consulting, design and construction to ensure the service and results you receive meet the high standards he sets. It’s knowing that his clients are happy in their home for years to come that drives his passion.

Nella Totani

Helping you navigate the most complex part of any build – the contracts – is Nella’s specialty. She’ll discuss all the terms, financial obligations and documentation required to secure the finance for your home.

Once your contracts have been assembled, Nella will take you through them in detail, answering any questions you may have along the way. Her aim is to make the process as straightforward and transparent as possible, giving you full confidence in using Clairville as your home builders.

Administration

A warm welcome always awaits you at Clairville Homes. Our friendly administration team will attend to your needs with swift competence and professionalism, whether addressing and directing your queries, managing your documentation, or even making sure your coffee (or tea) is just how you like it!

Building Designers

The design of your home rests with our building design team. You’ll be introduced to your designer during your initial consultation, where you can share your ideas of what you need and what you’d like. They’ll help refine your vision and provide ideas and solutions you may not have considered.

Once your plans are drawn up, they take care of all the correspondence and documentation required by the engineers, council and certifiers for planning and development approvals to get the construction process underway.

Interior Designer

Get the look you love with our interior design team. Bring a selection of images for your preferred style of décor and they’ll select the right colour palettes, textures, finishes, floor coverings, appliances, light fittings and more to achieve a design solution that reflects your individual style and personality.

Estimator

Together with company director, Joe Totani, your estimator will set about sourcing the best suppliers and trades in Adelaide to complete your home to the style and budget you’ve established. Their role is to bring your vision to reality in the most cost effective way, ensuring your home represents exceptional value for money.

Site Supervisor/ Construction Manager

Once your home reaches the construction stage, we’ll introduce your dedicated site supervisor / construction manager who’ll keep you informed of progress throughout the build. They liaise between trades, suppliers and our office to keep things running to the schedule they’ve set, and resolve any issues which may arise to ensure your build progresses smoothly. They’ll also take you through the handover process on completion of your home, before presenting you with the keys.
